Captain Seale, an English-speaking native based in South Korea, is the Founder and Managing Director of Aaron Right Pte Ltd, which is recognised as a leading regional expert in Offshore Renewable Energy and Lidar Buoy Management. 

Founded in South Korea in 2017, Aaron Right was established to provide independent expert advice on maritime and shipping incidents, towage, marine warranties, and the offshore energy sector. Since its inception, the company has become a trusted source of local expertise in the Korean and global offshore wind, renewable energy, and marine sectors, clean energy and renewables,  including dry-docking and new building projects, thanks to years of experience in Korea. 

 In 2022, the company expanded into Singapore and in 2024, into South Africa. Its services now include vetting inspections for tankers and dry bulk carriers, marine general surveys, H&M and P&I club assignments, dry-docking (repairs and new builds), and expert reports for court and arbitration hearings on accidents, incidents, collisions, unsafe ports and berths, vessel vetting operations, due diligence seamanship, naval architecture - ship building, hydrodynamics etc.

Statistica, AutoDesk Inventor, DNV GeniE, CAD/GMsh and Salome-MECA/Code Aster, Matlab and Simulink 2013 (Maneuverability and Seakeeping for intact and damage conditions).
